What to do when you need a diagnostic procedure

As you know, Sedera Members have the freedom to choose their own medical providers, hospitals and services.

If you plan to have a diagnostic procedure:
  1. Please notify a Member Services Advisor as soon as possible.
  2. Take advantage of our Medical Concierge Service, where you can request pricing for qualified providers in your area.
  3. If you are using our Medical Concierge Service, please request a CPT code from your doctor's office so we can be sure to price the right procedure.
Please keep in mind, Medical Concierge pricing requests take 2-4 business days to get results
