How to Access Enrollment Portal

Full details about your services are available online. Please click HERE to go to the Login Page.

  1. You will need your Last Name and your Zip Code.
  2. You will also need your Member ID which you will find on your enrollment confirmation email.  If you don't have that email please reach out to us at hpsupport@smallassociations.org
  3. Choose your own User Name and Password, and click Register.

  2. For the user name enter:
  3. For the password enter:
  4. Click the Register button
  5. Fill out your email
  6. Enter a new password
  7. Enter a security question and answer
  8. Click the Verify button

That’s it! Now that you are registered you will just need to use your email and the password that you created to login to the website.
