Home Delivery of Presciptions
Yes, your benefit plan includes a home delivery option through our affiliate pharmacy, Praxis Rx. By using the home delivery / mail order pharmacy, you may also obtain up-to a 90-day supply of your prescription medications.
You may visit the Praxis Rx website at this link: https://www.praxisrx.com/ or by calling them directly at 844-553-7500 to speak with a patient care coordinator.
In addition to medications that are covered under your plan with either a nominal copay or coinsurance (depending on drug tier), you may also order non-covered prescription medications from Praxis Rx at our contracted discount.
