Important Dates and Deadlines
There have a been a few questions about deadlines for enrollment changes, so we're posting all the important deadlines:
- Deadline to enroll: The 18th of each month to be active the first of the following month.
- Deadline for changes: Bank account, dependent, and cancellations must be received by the 15th of each month in order to be processed for the following month.
- Example: You wish to cancel your enrollment for July 1. We must receive your cancellation request on, or before, June 15.
- Addresses changes, updates to phone and email, and other types of account maintenance: No deadline/ongoing
